Agave & Oatmeal
One of my favorite pick me ups for breakfast in the morning is oatmeal and Agave syrup. Oatmeal of course is a great carb without a lot of the sugar spike notorious in other types of cereals.Agave is a natural sweetener a lot of vegans tend to prefer. It looks like syrup but doesn't cause as much of a sugar spike as well. Just a little Agave with some fruit and you have a high fiber and tasty breakfast meal without refined or even raw sugar. Try this combo some day and you'll love it.
